WHY DECAMADE

Better product decisions begin with a clearer process.

Bringing a custom product to market involves more than finding a manufacturer. You need clear specifications, realistic production options, suitable design support and confidence in what has been agreed. Decamade is being developed around one straightforward ambition: bringing those decisions into a coordinated B2B experience.

One commercial relationship

A single contractual selling model for individually approved projects.

Creative flexibility

Bring existing artwork, prepare designs or explore original creative work.

Defined specifications

Clarify materials, variants, quantities and artwork requirements.

Approval-led process

Quote, product and release conditions are assessed before a manufacturing commitment.

WHAT MATTERS TO US

Built around the decisions that matter to brands.

A considered approach, from the first product brief to the commercial details that need to be agreed.

From an idea to a defined product

Every good manufacturing project starts with understanding what should be made. We focus on the exact product direction, specifications, design requirements, quantities and intended use before presenting an offer. This helps establish a clearer foundation for sourcing and production discussions.

Supplier fit, not just the lowest price

A low unit price means little if the product, minimum order, material or production method does not match the brief. Our sourcing framework evaluates the suitability of manufacturing routes, including capabilities, documentation, quality expectations and commercial conditions. A supplier is not presented as qualified before the relevant evidence has been checked.

Creative support when the brief needs more

Some brands have finished artwork. Others have a draft, or only a direction in mind. The Managed Design Studio distinguishes between supplying artwork, preparing a design for production and separately scoped creative work. Design availability, fees, revisions and rights are confirmed for the individual request.

Clear decisions before commitment

Product scope, quantity, pricing basis, delivery responsibilities and applicable terms should be understandable before a customer accepts a formal offer. We distinguish early enquiries from confirmed quotations and actual production commitments.

Communication with context

A manufacturing question is easier to resolve when the relevant specification, revision and next action are clear. Our service approach is designed around a defined contact path, documented questions and meaningful updates — not generic guarantees about response times or real-time tracking.

Designed for growing product ranges

A brand may begin with a single T-shirt and later explore bags, packaging, accessories or an entire collection. Decamade is designed to support related product projects without assuming that every item shares the same supplier, minimum quantity, price or approval requirements.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT SUPPLIERS

A thoughtful manufacturing route starts with the right questions.

Decamade's intended supplier ecosystem is based on project fit rather than a public directory of factories. The relevant manufacturer, product specification, destination and commercial terms must be considered together. Selection is not a one-time badge: the appropriate evidence needs to be current for the specific project.

Product capability

Can the manufacturer deliver the specific material, construction and customization requested?

Quality & sampling

Which samples, tolerances and inspection points are appropriate for this product?

Commercial fit

Are order minimums, production conditions and complete delivery costs suitable?

Communication & documentation

Are specifications, revisions and responsibilities clear enough to verify?

These are evaluation standards, not a claim that a specific supplier has already passed them.

PROJECT SUPPORT

Clear communication is part of a good production process.

A product decision often involves design questions, minimum quantities, logistics and commercial terms. The experience we are building aims to keep those questions connected to one project brief, so they can be addressed in the right order. Digital structure can organize enquiries and information, while important production and contractual decisions still require appropriate human review.

  1. Share your project

Describe what you want to make, your quantity and destination.

  2. Review what matters

Identify missing information and the checks required before a quotation.

  3. Confirm the agreed route

Receive formal terms only when the product and commercial conditions have been reviewed.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO BEGIN

Why not contact factories directly?

For some businesses, direct factory sourcing is the right choice. It can offer more direct control when the buyer already has sourcing experience, technical specifications and time to manage different partners.

Decamade is designed for businesses that value a coordinated commercial relationship and help structuring the wider product journey — from the initial brief to an individually agreed production route. The value depends on the product and the project, and should be clear in the quotation.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Questions before you begin.

The details you may want to understand before submitting a project enquiry.

Do you manufacture products in your own factories?

No. Decamade is designed to act as the contractual B2B seller for approved projects and coordinate production through suitable external manufacturers. The exact production arrangement is confirmed per project.

How do you choose manufacturers?

Our supplier evaluation considers product capability, minimum quantities, relevant quality evidence, documentation, commercial terms and delivery suitability. Every production route requires its own review.

Can you help if I do not have a finished design?

You can indicate whether you have ready artwork, need existing artwork prepared or would like to discuss original creative work. Any professional design assignment is separately assessed and scoped.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

Production timing depends on the approved product, manufacturer and delivery route. Any delivery obligations belong in the confirmed quotation and contract terms.

Can Decamade support more than one product?

You can explore connected apparel, accessories and packaging projects. Each product retains its own specifications, minimum quantities and manufacturing requirements.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

The enquiry begins an initial review. We may need additional details before determining feasibility and whether an appropriate quotation can be prepared. Sending the enquiry does not create a production order.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Bring the next product decision into focus.

Share your product idea, approximate quantity and destination. Start with a non-binding enquiry and identify which details need further review.
