INTRODUCING BRAND COMPANION
Brand Companion is the Decamade workspace being developed to connect brand assets, product specifications, quotations, production communication and future collections in one consistent experience.
Platform vision · Functions shown below are in development or private preview, not an active customer service.
Explore the visionIllustrative interface · no customer data or active production tracking
A thoughtful product experience should not end when the first configuration is complete.
Bring approved logos, colors, labels and artwork revisions into one place for future product projects.
Connect product configurations, samples and different product categories into one structured project or collection.
Review versions, quotations, approvals, production updates and relevant documents in their proper project context.
Revisit previous specifications, prepare reorders and explore useful insights based on verified activity.
New brands need a clear start. Returning customers need relevant actions, project context and reliable updates.
Illustrative scenario · no real customer records
Start with the essentials, not an empty analytics dashboard.
The example below demonstrates future task organisation, not actual production status.
Your identity should be reusable, whether you are developing apparel, packaging or something entirely different.
Brand profiles, logos, colours, labels, artwork versions and authorized collaborators form the proposed Brand Identity Vault. Future product configurations can reference the correct, approved assets rather than restarting with a new file upload every time.
Identity Vault and real file storage are designed functionality, not yet live client accounts.
Build from a curated product, or explore a completely custom development path. Keep a consistent identity across product lines without hiding their individual requirements.

Colours, sizes, material direction, artwork placement and sample requirements.

Coordinate different product families within one brand concept, while retaining separate MOQ, quotes and delivery terms.
Illustrative concept imagery; no claim of real product samples or approved factory routes. The interactive T-shirt configuration is currently a private administrator-only lab.
From the first specification to a future order, each important decision should stay linked to its correct version and supporting evidence.
Review what changed between two specifications or commercial versions.
Know which design or sample revision requires an explicit decision.
Keep payment instructions, receipt and release statuses separate.
See the source and certainty of production and inspection updates.
Keep delivery events, partial shipments and project documents in context.
Planned workflow. Production update availability depends on validated suppliers and actual documented events; real-time tracking is not guaranteed.
A connected history can make it easier to revisit previous specifications, assess fresh quotes and plan what comes next.
Reorders always require a new check of prices, MOQ, availability, applicable rules and delivery routes.
Our design separates customer, brand, project, agency and internal Decamade rights.
Authorized users should see only information relevant to the organisation and project they represent. Sensitive artwork, quotation acceptance and documents need permission checks and versioned approvals.
These are intended security requirements. This page is not a claim that an independently audited production portal is already available.
Contract acceptance, financial records and other sensitive actions require additional authorization.
THE THINKING BEHIND THE WORKSPACE
Built around clarity at every stage. These are principles guiding the future Decamade platform — not live manufacturing services.
A visual mock-up is not a production-approved file. Artwork must be assessed against the relevant decoration method and verified supplier requirements.
A meaningful comparison starts from the same product brief. Quality, minimums, total costs and delivery conditions belong together.
One collection may involve several production lines, individual schedules and separate shipments. A shared overview should not hide those differences.
Every material change should carry a clear explanation, an exact revision and the appropriate authorization.
Previous designs can be reused as a starting point; prices, rights, production and delivery require fresh checks.
Actual orders, quality outcomes and deliveries should be distinguished from projections, supplier reports and unverified updates.
Where this stands. These principles come from our product and competitor research. The public website remains informational; no verified supplier prices, customer accounts, payment processing, order acceptance or live production tracking is enabled.
The design exists today. Real customer accounts, production events and transactions will follow only after the required software and operational validation.
We would rather explain the current stage clearly than promise software or production capabilities that are not yet active.
Not yet. Brand Companion is being designed and demonstrated privately. A public customer login is not active.
Private, access-controlled storage is a requirement of the future platform. The current public website does not provide a live customer Brand Vault.
Not currently. Future updates will rely on documented supplier and quality events, with clear distinction between confirmed and estimated information.
The planned organization and brand permission model supports this, subject to implementation and testing.
No external webshop sales data is available by default. Any future integration would require explicit authorization and reliable data definitions.
Delegated project access is a future feature and must be granted for the specific organization, brand or project.
